Inspirerende projecten uit binnen- en buitenland die aantonen dat er in alle hoeken van de wereld met collectief eigendom constructies wordt gewerkt en dat men overal bezig is, nadenkt, schrijft, filosofeert of in actie komt om te werken aan een eerlijke, betere toekomst voor iedereen.

We doen ons best om zoveel mogelijk berichten in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels te publiceren maar soms zal dat niet lukken en dan kiezen we een van beide talen.
European Community Land Trust Network
We want Community Land Trusts to be recognised as a mainstream option for affordable, inclusive and sustainable land use and housing across Europe in order to demonstrate innovative approaches to delivering both social and environmental impact.
CLTs are non-profit, democratic, community-led organisations. They develop and manage homes that are affordable to low and middle income households, as well as other assets that contribute to thriving local communities. They act as long-term stewards of these assets, ensuring they remain permanently affordable.
